Who we are & what we believe

Gray Training has been in the business of training trainers since 1987. We pride ourselves on the fact that all those years ago, we were an oddity - a company that believed passionately in outcomes - based training and in building transfer into all our training interventions. Our passion paid off. With so many years of experience behind us, we continue to lead the field today in outcomes-based training, competence profiling, standard setting, materials design and assessment. It's what we've always done and we're exceptionally good at it!

Adults need training that is relevant, appropriate and immediately applicable. We believe that the best learning must meet these requirements and that it must be experiential - learners must have the chance to try things out, make mistakes and recover from them in the safe confines of a learning programme. We build these concepts into everything that we do.

Gray Training is accredited by the South African Education, Training and Development Quality Assurance body and is also an accredited City and Guilds Centre.
