Steve Tanzer is a Managing Partner with GPS. His career has spanned 30 years in various management positions with Fortune 100 companies. His background includes a strong focus in national sales and marketing with clients in the chemical, manufacturing, entertainment, travel, e-commerce and financial industries. Steve founded a management-consulting firm in the early 1990's focused on human resource development. Here he consulted with such companies as Disney, Lucent Technologies, AAA, AT&T, Motorola, Honeywell, and Volunteer Hospitals of America. Steve's work has included initiatives on leadership, team building, communication skills, technical training, customer service and more.
Bob Lucas is a Managing Partner with GPS and is an internationally known author, trainer, and speaker. For over three decades Bob has gained real-world experience in human resource, front-line, and management positions. He has also owned and managed a successful human resources training business and has worked in associations, travel-related, call center, museum, diplomatic, nonprofit, law enforcement, military and government organizations. Bob has trained and spoken to thousands of employees and conference attendees throughout the United States. He has authored and contributed to 15 books and has written dozens of articles.
Beth Perrell Chag is a senior consultant and project leader with GPS. Beth’s career has spanned 20 years in various academic and business positions. Her background includes curriculum design, training development, facilitation and consultation with national and regional companies, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. Beth has served as a senior level facilitator with PACE, a national management consulting and training firm. Here she consulted with clients on matters dealing with diversity and communication skills. Beth also has 10 years experience as a radio producer and on-air personality.
